where and when died 26 sep 1914 says melbourne Hospital then has an address of 57Bunbury St Footscray
Name is Squires David Patridge then has Labouror
Cause of death Ulcerative Endocarditis Septicalmia (hard to read) then has not stated then Dr J Pearce. Age was 27 years
Father down as Squires DAvid Partridge Accountant and Mother Elizabeth Matilda Ell // Y (cant read)
Buried 28th Sep 1914 Footscray Cemetery Born Ballarat Vic Free Birth single..
Will be better if i can give you a copy..

Devon / Thomas HEALE / Peternel

Need a bit of assistance with this couple who i believe are the parents of My Joanna Heale.
Joanna was born 1764 in Bratton Flemming,
Thomas Heale and mother petronell / peternell
All there children were born in Bratton Flemming
Where else can i look for a marriage for Thomas and his wife and deaths etc,
they had 4 children

john
Margaret
Thomasin.
Any help with Thomas and peternel would be very much appreciated.
Im guessing they would have been born around the 1730 mark and married around 1754 as that is when the first child i can find was born,
Joanna was born 1764 in Bratton Flemming,

I would like to get my GG Grandfathers death certificate in Devon england,

Born 1802 Marwood Devon and died 1857 Pilton Barnstaple.
Parents John SMYTH and Johanna HEALE
Wife Ann Blackmore
How do i go about getting a death certificate. ?
I found a newspaper article for a Death of A George SMYTH who drowned in Pilton the same year and wondering now if this is him.
is there a site on the net for BMD's that you can check and order from ?
I want the actual death certificate not just like on a site that has date etc.

I did have a look on the igi also and could not find anything. so that only goes up to a certain time ?
Ive only just found James He is the brother of my 2G GMother and got most excited. and then to find his wife and him died so young i was gutted
so there is still hope they had a child before their deaths, that would be wonderful if it happened
