Donegal / Hugh Harper
« on: Wednesday 01 September 10 16:05 BST (UK)  »
I am looking for a birth certificate of Hugh HARPER who was born 1817 in Donegal His father is James HARPER and mother Mary Ann KELLY.
I have Hughs Death cert and Marriage. he married in Greenock Scotland and died in Greenock Scotland, so at some point of being born and married they moved to Scotland but I cant find any info on the parents
Can someone shed any light on where i can get a birth certificate, which will give the parents names hopefully. Cathy.

At an early age of 3-4yrs I remember living in Killdonan drive. The street will do. I moved to 62 Grant street, Just off Georges road Front and back of that house would be great, i have many fond memories of that house. I use to walk to Willow bank primary school which i do believe is now an Asian school. I have many more address's but have to ask my eldest brother if he can remember them. Thank you so much. I dont live in Scotland any more, Sadly. So what you are doing is a god send.
