Sandra,
Thank  you so very much for all the info; you sent,   Charles was born 1899 & William in 1891, both from islington, London,    their wife's were Margaret & Ruth,   so you definitely have the right family,    we seemed to have spread around the world a bit over the years, a great thing finding them in Canada though,  thank you so much again, very much appreciated
                                      Jenny

Hello Sandra,
Again thank you so much for all your help, it's all very interesting    Maranda married 3 times,
1st; or supposedly,  to a Mr Potter who I have never found whom she had a daughter Annie Christina Potter Halpin,      2nd;  to Ole Gunderson in 1889, he died 1896, the obit stated he left 2 young sons, but have only found one which was Walter T. Gunderson   her 3rd marriage was to August Halpin.
I think Christina married somebody  named ??? Walker,      many thanks

Hi Trevor  & Sandra,
You definately have the right family,  Eugenia did go to Oregon then back to California,  I have Charles death, it would not have been very pleasant for him,,,    I did not know when Charles or Maranda  went to the States  or what became of Fred Jackson,  the other mystery is that Maranda  (1st marriage)  married a Mr Potter, & am presuming it must have been in the States,  but can find nothing on this either, but they had a daughter,  many thanks

Thank you so much again for the time it is costing you to do this,
so was mine in the 1st foot  and not the 3rd foot

I would love one day to be able to visit these places,  but it must have been hair raising at times for them  to live in the poorer parts of London,  but then maybe they knew no different,   wonder what they would think of our way of life
 Have a good day
