Hi i am trying to find the mother of richard clegg born in ireland abt 1822 ,his father was also called richard clegg born northern Ireland. Both richards moved to england manchester and are living there in 41 census  and every census record after that states birth place as Ireland and then in the 1891 census richard clegg junior has put birth place as Dublin Ireland ,also father richard is always listed as a widow ,so i am unsure weather the wife died in ireland or england ,would be nice to find out her name ? .thanks michelle
