The original probate was revoked and there was a new grant dated 21 Oct 1965. The entry states
YOULE  or COOMBES Doris Gertrude died 23 Mar 1959 .... Administration 14 December London to Harry Ronald YOULE painter and decorator ( her brother I think ? ). I don't think she married George T COOMBES.

The 1891 census has a Charles PREW whose birthplace is given very clearly as Church Stanley. His baptism 26 Oct 1834 took place at Stanway Gloucestershire , son of James and Mary PREW. Their abode is given as Church Stanway . There is a baptism 22 Apr 1787 at Stanway for George PARKER , son of Richard and Anne PARKER which may be worth considering.

I think she was married before. There is a US Passport application for Boyd Campbell , dated 1908 , and his wife Mabel ,who was born in Hastings , and a possible marriage in England :

EDIT - and another marriage ceremony in California 19 Aug 1908 Santa Rosa Boyd Campbell and Mabel S Martin.

I don't have newspapers.com but think there are relevant articles there.

This indicates a second marriage and a marriage for Phyllis - her name doesn't make sense but I've typed what the transcript says.

Edit : Phyllis appears to be Phyllis O'Roughlinn - thanks to Sandra for the link to the article.

I think Phyllis is with her father and Grandmother in 1940 in Massachusetts :

The form appears to say that Alice is John's wife , but looking at the ages that is incorrect.
