There's no notation in the margin of the entries so, from what I can tell, it would be either  St. Cynfarch Churchyard or Hope Old Church Yard. Old Hope was opened in the 1860s so it is most likely to be St. Cynfarch  Churchyard.

My best guess is Cler = Cleric and A.M. is a form of M.A. (Master of Arts - possibly Oxford/Cambridge)

It looks like it maybe the Oxbridge M.A. where you are awarded an M.A. in circa 2-3 years after first graduating. ? in those days??
