How do you think many people have 'managed by' against their names?

All these people are linked to their own DNA (and e-mails)  and  access their reports etc.

Personally I would not do it, you have to prove that you have legal right to upload someones elses DNA.

It is not a Rocket Science task and at best you could install Team Viewer and help him through the process

I don't think that is quite correct. I have uploaded relatives and friends data to My Heritage without any problem. They are uploaded and can be assigned to you or under their name*.

I agree with Carol - early 1930s.  As soon as I saw it, it reminded me of a photo of twin cousins in my mother's collection.

Looks good  :)

Dudley can certainly be included in the wider Birmingham area

Is it worth buying the 1914  marriage cert?

It's quite possible that they married afterwards. I've see many such instances. It could possibly be at the outbreak of war. Did William serve in WW1?

Add - It does look like Birmingham

I see from that thread that Osprey found a possible marriage (1914) where Sarah's surname was Horton. There is an Ellen Margaret Jenkins birth registered in Bath RD, Q4, 1905 and a Margaret Jenkins, registered Cardiff RD, Q4, 1907, with MMN as Horton.

Have you checked on previous censuses for a Sarah Horton, approx age, etc. ?
