Technical Help / Adding images on Ancestry

Up to now I have had no problem adding an image to a person on Tree.
At the moment there seems to be a new uploader and images fail to upload...
When I go to a Person's profile page to upload, they appear to be uploading, then fail with a notice "Not linked to Anyone" and the option to add is "dead".
To me, it looks like the failure to link it to a profile is the problem, despite adding it from a person's profile page and should be linked to the peron!
Anyone else have problems adding images?
The old Basic uploader has disappeared too!!

We've been doing our holiday offer for many years now, but after running out of product last year we made sure we had more than enough product for the holidays and through January.
What we didn't anticipate was the announcement by Ancestry that they were going to be discontinuing their Family Tree Maker software . Between the normal holiday sales and the rush of FTM users we have sold and shipped every last RootsMagic book (and most of the CDs) that we had in stock. When we heard about FTM being discontinued we placed a rush order with our manufacturer for more. But with the manufacturer's holiday hours, we aren't expected to have more books and CD's in stock until early January.

f you go to http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/browse/#counties
then go to whatever County you need, the click on 'Catholic Records' it shows all the dates for Registers
PLUS the dates which ARE ONLINE at NLI, with direct link to whichever Parish you want at NLI via the Image Online link
It tells you where the REST of the Registers are!
THE NLI ONLY SCANNED THOSE THEY HAVE!!
then go to whatever County you need, the click on 'Catholic Records' it shows all the dates for Registers

I have a McAfee Personal Firewall which I need to get rid of.
Not appearing in Programs or McAfee folder which is empty!
Have done Advanced Search, can't find it..
Know where it came from!

Technical Help / Getting my back up!!

Computer is running find just need to turn off backup which will remove my backups...then uninstall a Program for my ISP modum which is playing up a little!
I need to do this because if I uninstall the Program and reinstall it, it then takes/rewrites it's Set Up registers from the backup so I need a clean Install..the trouble being with the initial Install as I had MS Office at the time and everything is set to MS Office for messages, etc.. A clean install means I can set the Defaults to OpenOffice...then do a Back Up.
