i'd be interested to hear from anyone else researching SKILLING.  Mine are Liverpool and Ulster but I know there are several lines in Scotland and some in Southern England too.

I'm researching Skillings in Surrey - around Bagshot.

Hey Cedas, I also have a Stephen Skilling who was a teacher. I know this is a old post so my chances are slim of contacting you. Its a longshot but hopefully you respond. He was widowed and remarried a Ann Jane Mckay/Magee. Hope I hear from you. Thanks Alan

Hi Skillingquest - I think we may well be looking at the same Skillings.  My gt gt gt grandfather William James Skilling had a brother Stephen who married ann jane Mackay (I didn't know it was a second marriage)

Hey Joy, from what I found Margaret Beatty was married to Stephen Skilling. That was his first marriage.  He also had a child named William James Skilling. Also a Mary Jane and a Margaret.

Hello, i'm a Skilling from Leicestershire but i know my grandfather was a liverpool Skilling by the name of Robert Skilling.

I never met him and I am trying to search my family history to find out more about him and his family.
