hello Jane,  Could you please lookup an Agnes Simpson, nee Orr. Wife of John Simpson. She died between 1851 -1857. Her husband died 1857 and is buried Slamannan Churchyard.
Thankyou very much.
Margaret Cross.

Hello Jane,
If you are still able to help I would be most grateful if you would be able to do a lookup for me.
On the death certificate for Richard GREEN died 5 April 1870, District of Linlithgow, county of Linlithgow.
The address where he died just has Cross, Linlithgow.
I would love to know where he is buired though I doubt if there will be a headstone but you have to try everything.
Regards

Hi Margaret

Slamannan is in Stirlingshire not West Lothian

Perhaps you should post again on the Stirlingshire section

Best wishes
Jean

Hello Sue

The MI's are pre 1855. I had a look anyway, but no sign of him

Best wishes
Jean

Hi Jean

I wonder if you could check for any HARDIE or HARDY or LOVE  in Bo'ness please.

The dates would probably be between 1770 and 1800.  John HARDIE and HElen LOVE had their first? child there in 1797 and I am trying to find if there were any previous. Also I am trying to find if there is any family connection to Bo'ness for them

Many thanks
