Michael & Catherine Walsh

Trying to trace Michael Walsh b Mayo b 1825 and wife Catherine b 1833
They turn up on the  England 1861 census plus children James 4 and Mary 2 who were both born in Liverpool, no trace of them on the 1851 so presume they were still in Ireland. They also had a lodger with them Henry Gallsey age 49 also from Ireland
I would appreciate any advice for tracking them down?
