Hi Paul,

I have a couple of outstanding items I've been meaning to tie up for a while. Perhaps you could help when you have some time spare.

All I have is the ages from various census', so I'm looking for baptisms/christenings for the following:

Caroline Isobel Crompton, b: 1830 in Buckley
Georgiana Crompton, b: 1831 in Buckley
George Frederick Crompton, born 1833 in Buckley

Their parents were Rev. Samuel Gilbert and  Clara Crompton.

As their father was the minister/vicar/priest in Buckley at the time, I dare say he conducted the ceremony. If you can find out the name of the church that would be excellent.

Thanks

Excellent Paul - what a fast response!

Not only the exact dates, which is what I really wanted, but also the name of the Church, which I've been trying to find for AGES. and to top it all, ANOTHER offspring.

However William Henry must have popped his clogs quite handy, as there is no further record of him at all.

Don't suppose there's a chance you could look up burials for him at all?

Great stuff,

D ap D

Could I also jump in for a look up please
In 1871 in Battery Row Greenfield Holywell I have
Richard Evans age 44 born Holywell Flintshire
Mary Evans age 41              "           "
Louisa Evans age 19       "     "
John Evans age 12       "      "
William Evans age 11        "     "
Richard Evans age 4     "      "
Anna Evans age 2      "      "

next door is
David Evans age 74  Abergelly Denbighshire
Catherine Evans 80 Holywell Flintshire

What I would like to know if possible is any baptism dates for the above, any other children for Richard and Mary (as there are big gaps between the children) I think Marys' maiden name was Roberts so if you could find a marriage  ;D
And is it possible that David and Catherine could be Richards parents?
Anything that you can find out will be great. thanks

Donna
