Please can someone look in 1841/1851/1861 census For a William Cuffey born 1823 in Bethnal Green married a Mary Ann found in 1881 census

Is this the same William Cuffey that was a prominent participant in the Chartist movement.

No Cuffey in the indexes for Bethnal Green, Whitechapel or St George in the East.

Found Cuffey in the surname only indexes for Shoreditch
HO 107/1536 folio 236

Found William and Mary Ann in the 1871 census:

60 Gt Chart Street, Shoreditch
William Cuffey, head, 48, labouring in iron foundry, Middx Bethnal Green
Mary Ann, wife, 48 , Bethnal Green
Mary A, dau, 25, hair net maker, Shoreditch
Mary A Walton, neice, 10, scholar, Bethnal Green

Also living in same house are  Overton and  Webb families
