Can anyone please assist me in finding my forebears?

Particularly William COTTRELL  b c1760-1775

William married Ann ....... in 1799 in the Diocese of Cork & Ross.

Any little snippet on William's family will be appreciated....

Hei Edo,

There were several people named Cottrell in Co. Cork in the 1850s. A William Cottrell is mentioned as being at Royicourt, Moviddy. This might be a point at which to start. Looks like a case of working back. Have you gone back to 1799 or are you starting from there? http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths.php
