Hi again,
Does Hannah Hancock decend from Luke and Harriet Hancock Mow Cop or who were here parents?

Your Hannah and Jospeh live 24 Victoria St Kidsgrove, in 1881 and 1871 but you probably have that aleady?

Ranscliff = Ravenscliffe today

Hi Aimee
I live in Kinnersley Avenue, Clough Hall where Thomas Kinnersley had Clough Hall itself see website onKidsgrove and search Staffordshire pasttimes website for photos of Clough Hall and an estate plan if you want.

I have just been sent a Hancock tree from another relative, Hancocks of Mow Cop and we do know of relatives in Aus and NZ whom I have helped before but cant recall names, worth a look is Mow Cop website to you then.

Im going away till Wed but have seen Hancock bible and held it, wisely I recorded the front page and have a Hancock file in MS word and the tree as a pdf.  My ex wife was Bernadette Turnock whose ancestor Joseph Turnock married Lousia Hancock sour maybe a relative! through marriage of course!

You will have to send me a personal message to get the 2 files though with ur normal email address on, there is a Joseph Hancock on the tree b1875 and a Mary Ann and Clara does that ring any bells then I have the Turnock tree and my 15,000 word story on the Turnock and Tunstall families of Goldenhill which is the next parish to Newchapel as is Mow Cop and Harrieseahead where Hancocks lived, I also know where Luke and Harriet are buried at St Thomas Mow Cop so you will be ok if you can find your Hancock in this lot!

Send me a message with ur email then and Ill get back to you Wed!
looks like its me going to librbary then for Green lane pics to scan and send them to you if they let me!
regards Gareth
