sorry, but i will not be paying, for ancestry, england and wales, while it,s been free , i have tried all the census,s and all the relevant parish records ect. and i have got all the info i could, i got so i could not find any thing else,i made full use of it , and i,m grateful. regards nora.

What a shame that the free trial has ended.  I did find a lot of my ancestors on there but what I miss now is doing look ups for other people, which I have enjoyed immensely.  It gave me great pleasure finding other people's ancestors.   One such person sent me a message of thanks, referring to me as "an absolute diamond".

Makes it all worthwhile, don't you think?!

To subscribe costs £60 for a year,£25 a quarter or £6 for a limited number of viewings.I've started saving, because even though it's a lot of money it is a fantastic online resource,imvho

...just wanted to ask if there is any other way of paying to subscribe to the ancestry.com site...when i looked it only gave visa or mastercard as paying options.....and i have neither!
