John Owen of LLanfihangel yn howyn
« on: Saturday 14 January 06 14:37 GMT (UK) »
I have hit a roadblock; John Owen married Elizabeth Williams in the early 1800’s. They had 8 children (Anne, Elizabeth, John, Margaret, Mary, Jane, Thomas, and Owen) were all baptized in Llanfihangel yn howyn, Anglesey from 1818 thru 1834. The family lived at Henblas.

The 1841 Census only has John II and Elizabeth II at Henblas. The rest of the family has dissappeared.

John may have had a sister, Anne, born abt. 1783 in Langridge and died February 6, 1874. She is buried in the Llanfihangel yn howyn church cemetery.

I would like to go back further with John and Elizabeth, and their parents, etc. Does any of this info connect with your family?

Thanks,

Richard Owens
