TYMON - Australia Passenger Lists

If anyone has access to passenger lists to Australia would you be kind enough to look up the name TYMON.  Its quite an uncommon name so there won't be many.  The Tymons originated in Ireland, but I know there are a number of families in Australia.  Any details would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

The couple of online sites I know didn't have any. The AVRI has 1 marriage, 2 births and 1 death between 1847-1875. The NSW online BDM has no more, so the name is certainly not common in Australia. If you would like the detail of these pls reply.

If Faith Elizabeth belongs to the above Henry and Rose - it was a long time from the marriage to the birth. The AVRI does not include Queensland and SA so they may have been in one of those states after the marriage.

Trish.  Thanks very much.  Can you tell me is the "Rosw" as it appears on your source data or is it a typo? And same with "Henty".

As in the source (well the source transcription) - these two NSW records are also in the online BDM you can check them yourself at
http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/familyHistory/search.htm

The OPRs from NSW often have duplicate entries - I don't really know why - pehaps they were double keyed for correctness and if they were slightly different both stayed??

Tymon,

 "Rosw" and "Henty"are almost definitely typos in the transcriptions. If you look at your keyboard, you will see that "w" is next to "e" and "t" is next to "r".  Having made the same mistakes, many times, the cause was obvious to me.
