Can I ask which marriage of Jacob you are descended from?

My great aunt, a Mulgrew, married one of Jacob and Anna/Annie Maria Ledger/Chantler's children.  They appear to have at least one child in Scotland who I think may have left Scotland in adulthood. I can find no death record for him.
