Thomas & Mary HALE(S)

I am searching for Thomas & Mary HALE(S) in the 1861 census, I have searched the whole of the 1861 for Essex (few counties like Henham not on my discs) but cannot find the couple or their son Elijah.

Thomas born 1804 Wakes Colne Essex
Mary born abt 1807 Essex
Elijah born 1834 Easthorpe Essex.

Elijah married a Melena Eliza TWINNEY in 1869 in Hackney. She died in 1869 and in 1870 he married Annie WANKLIN in Wales.

I really like to know where the family was in 1861 any help very much appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help Geoff what I really need to do is find the family in the 1861 as she listed her birthplace as Easthorpe yet not Claydon's there at all in fact I have searched a large radius in search of her baptism but still nothing!
I have found Elijah in the 1871 last night he was in South Hackney so have been searching the 1861 in case the family were there as Mary died before 1871 so my only chance of tracing her and hopefully I might get another clue as to her birthplace, though she might of still insisted it was Easthorpe!

Could you tell me whether there were any Claydon's there in 1851?
