Seeking a possible christening or birth date and area for Thomas Hughes, he married Elinor Parry Dew in St. Asaph, Flintshire, on the 27 Feb 1807. Any information would be gladly appreciated

Do you have Thomas & Elinor on any census to give you an area in Flintshire he was born?

Baptisms. St Asaph
6/5/1808.    David Hughes.
13/4/1811. .Jane Hughes.
14/3/1813. Anne Hughes.
Children of Thomas & Elinor Hughes. Bryn Polyn. Farmer.

I assume you had the info from the Marriage bonds site:

HUGHES, Thomas, wid., St. Asaph, FLN. 1807, Feb 26. At St. A. Elinor Parry Dew. A,B. 151/43.

That Thomas Hughes was a widower when he married Elinor. This might help you when looking for his DoB.
