He is - married Liberton 23 March 1844 - Came to Liverpool, daughter born  Mar 9 1846 - He was a warehousman living 27 Parr/Perr Street at baptism  Apr 5 1846

The widow & child came to Oz (from Liverpool) 1852 - but I can't find a death in Liverpool or in Edinburgh - there are a couple in other counties of England.
I can't find any of the family in 1851 either - might be back in Scotland

What are the names of the wife and daughter ? and I wonder if he was in the Crimean War with the Army or Navy or in the Indian Mutiny with a Highland regiment
