Farrell - pos from Kerry. Please help...

I was wondering if someone had the sources of helping me out please.
This is only a pure guess at the moment, but it might prove fruitful.
I am after details of a man called....
MICHAEL FARRELL pos born in KILLARNEY, KERRY in 1790. (this info found on the IGI)
Im hoping to find that he married a lady called ANN.
I know they definately had one son who was JOHN born in LAMBETH SURREY in abt 1826.
If someone could help me out id be so greatful as this is the closest we have got with him so far.
Any tips etc, would be great.
