Charles Wiltshire

Hi all,
         does anyone have access to passenger lists?
I am trying to find my Great great uncle Charles Wiltshire who was born in 1847 in Calne ,Wiltshire and at some point between 1861 and 1871 went to Australia(sent or of his own accord I don't Know).
 Appparently he got married over there and he and his wife had 2 sets of twins that all died and then another child that survived.
I have no idea where in Australia he went.
Any help in this matter would be most appreciated
