hi everyone, trying to find any living descendants from a donald sutherland born 1888 wick, father robert sutherland, mother mary mackenzie, he had quite a few brothers and sisters, 11 to be precise, but no one seems to know where any of his family are.

Are you looking for descents of Donald sutherland who discovered Sutherland Falls in New Zealand? If so...
My grand mother Margaret Sutherland is one of the few descents of Donald Sutherland. She lives in Thurso Caithness and is aged at 84 now!

His sister Barbara had a grandson who was witness to her death in 1967 but I can't make out his surname :(.  Maybe you might have more luck and be able to trace from there?  Barbara's married name was Mackay.

To the best of my knowledge Donald Sutherland born in Wick and later explorer in NZ had no children.  In later life he did marry a lady, Elizabeth Samuels (formerly Elizabeth MacKenzie and Elizabeth Bull) who had previous marriages and children.
