could someone be so kind to look on scotlands people for the death of a donald sutherland, born wick 1888, son of robert sutherland and mary mackenzie, need to know if he stayed in scotland or went to canada, or any children he may have had.  thankyou.

I did free Death searching for your Donald Sutherland born 1888.
there were 7 deaths in Scotland between 1888 and 1955.being born only the year 1888................
Of these, there is one died 1888 Wick......
1943 and 1944 Wick......the other 4 deaths were other places....
& deaths breakdown was....
3deaths between 1888-1890
1death between  1910-1920
3deaths between 1940-1955.

I also looked for the death of the mother Mary Sutherland / Mackenzie (soundex) from 1888 to 1955, with a number  of hits....

hi kenjo, i have got mary's death now 1943. donald sutherland was alive in 1916 when he joined the seaforth highlanders at aberdeen on 25th may 1916, but it says he resided in morayshire for 14yrs, this info is from the roll of honour from elgin library, as far as we know he was married twice? children? death? thanks for taking the time to reply
