That said - I think the places named are actually farms/buildings rather than towns. ???

Troedyan is probably Troedyraur, a hundred and a parish.   The parish is 4 miles from Newcastle Emlyn.
Pembryn looks like it could be Penbryn - a parish in the hundred of Troedyraur, 8 miles from Cardigan.
Bettws Euan is most likely Bettws Evan a parish in the same hundred, 5 miles from Newcastle Emlyn.
Blaenpentref remains a mystery.
