Atcham is just a few miles SE of Shrewsbury which is around 15 mls from the Welsh border. Hereford borders both Shropshire to its north and Wales to its west.
It might be worth your looking at sites like www.multimap.co.uk  or www.ordnamcesurvey.gov.uk to see the relative locations of these places.

Kington is 20 miles south of Ludlow in Shrpshire and 50 miles from Shrewsbury, but only 2 miles from the Wlesh border with Shropshire.

Have you found them on the 1891 census, or the 1881 census ?
Does the marriage have any ages ?

Was your Annie Davies born in 1865 ?

On the 1881 census Annie DAvies servant aged 16 is living at 6 BAynhams Yard [still there today] Kington with her grandfather John Boulter aged 77.

Did you just want help with the locations, or are you trying to trace them further back, and what help do you need ?

You may then be better asking for help on one on the Welsh sites, Neath was then, I think in Glamorgan.
I can help with the Herefordshire bit, but if it is George Smith you want then I am at a bit of a loss.
