Dunedin Newspaper lookup July 1916

Hi,
My great grandfather's brother L/Cpl Stanley THOMPSON died en route to the UK 19th July 1916 of measles (?!).
He left behind a wife Susan and they had lived in Dunedin. I figured there may be something in a Dunedin newspaper which may have elaborated on other family members/children/siblings etc.

i am in Oz, am hoping someon on their genealogical travels in an NZ library could have a squiz at the newspaper on the dates soon after for any death notice etc.

The Dunedin paper is called the "Otago Daily Tmes" or ODT
