Lookup request Parish Records for William Greenslade Somerset

I have traced my line back to William Greenslade and Anne Veysey I know they were married in Exford Somerset in 1818 and thay had 3 children Charlotte Ann,Adino,& francis William and they came to Canada between 1822 and 1825 William went back to england as i have his death cert for Minehead Somerset death date is January 16 1869 age 77  so his birth abt 1792 what i am looking for are witnesses to the marriage and his parents and any siblings that he may have had.

this is all i can find on their marriage-
william greenslade of selworthy married anne veysey of exford on 9th jan 1818 by licence.does not state any witneses.at least it gives you the fact that william greenslade was from selworthy.maybe a new request for baptism look up in selworthy might find your man?

Hello - on my tree i have a Thomas Greenslade of Cutcombe (b1742) married to Mary Vesey of Exford (b 1739) marriage took place in 1764. Don't know if that helps or just confuses matters more :)

The following were baptized at Selworthy, with the parents being William Greenslade & Mary:
William Greenslade, 16 March 1793
Joan Greenslade, 7 Nov. 1798
Thomas Greenslade 17 April 1802

The original message in this thread is from 2006. Let's hope George has looked on freeReg and familysearch and ancestry by now and got some answers. His William is the grandson of an uncle of Thomas Greenslade and Ann is the niece of Mary Veysey.  8)

There is lots online about the Selworthy Exford Cutcombe Greenslade people. I have had lots of help, gratefully appreciated, to solve the Greenslades back to Thomas c 1685 at Cutcombe, 8th ggf.  8)
