Mary Ogle born 1880
« on: Sunday 19 March 06 18:32 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone help me find a marriage date between Mary Ogle born 1880 in Newcastle and Arthur Weatherby (details unknown).  She was married in England between 1897 and 1905 when she died in Toronto of Diptheria.  Her parents were Thomas and Mary Ogle of Newcastle.  Thanks Jessy

Thank you Bearkat would you mind looking to see if she had a child called Alice while still in England.  I have been trying to find out if Arthur weatherby was a farm servant in cheshire can you see anything for him??
I seem to be hitting a brick wall with my research but have an old book handed down that seems to list  him as a farm worker but no other details of where or when or when he was born etc.
Thank you so much.  Jessy

1901 census RG13 3354 folio 110
Mere Street Haslington  Cheshire
Arthur Weatherby 25  Hulme or Halme Walfield ?, Cheshire,  Head Married Police Constable
Mary Weatherby 22  Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northumberland, Wife
Alice Weatherby 3mths  Haslington, Cheshire,  Daughter

There is an Arthur Weatherby of the right age on the 1881 census. He was from Somerford Booths Cheshire and his father was a farm labourer.
There is a possible Arthur Weatherby in Lancashire who was a farm servant on the 1891 census - not quite clear on the actual census image where he was born.

Valda
