Dear Kate,

John Johnston Hudson Reid (1902-1963) was my Grandfather through his marriage to Isabella Templeman Wilson. Their oldest child was my mother, Catherine Wison Torrance nee Reid (b.1929) who still lives in Ayrshire.

I have been doing some family history research in recent years and even visited churchyards in Cockburnspath, Coldingham and Eyemouth, just yesterday and found some of JJH Reid's ancestors.
