Hello Kilcurrish,
It is wonderful to hear from you. I am a descendent of Martin Lyons , the eldest son of Michael Lyons and Margaret Fitsgibbons Lyons of Kilcurrish. Martin and your Michael were brothers

Thanks so much for replying!
I'd love to hear any info you have on Michael and Margaret, or even your Martin. Or any info you may have on Kilcurrish (I've been trying to figure out how long we've been living in the same place). Also any tips on family researching would be much appreciated  :)

Hello Kilcurrish ,
I would be happy to share the information I have.  How are you related to Michael?  I believe you need only one more posting and then you are eligible to use the PM( personal messaging) feature.

Hi Shooheen, Kilcurrish etc.

I am interested in the Custy family, Kilcurrish, but I am only a distant relation and do not know any Custys. I think Patrick (head of household in 1901) was the son of John Custy and Sara Considine, who was a sister of my g. grandmother. I see from postings that he married three times and had (at least) nine children. The last child was called Sarah, probably after her grandmother. She seems to have died in 1918 (familysearch). I wonder if any of the others married. Did some emigrate? I would be glad of any information.
