Hi Newbie,
I think it must be post 1900, maybe up to about 1910?  Do you know who she is, and does that fit with what you know?

Thanks for the information, yes she's my grandmother, born circa 1887 in Pennsylvania USA, married in Wales.
I think she looks in her late teens early 20's ? so about right .. just wanted your expert opinion! ;D
