I did not see Part 1 of this thread, so please forgive me if I'm saying sonething that's been said before. In a private cemetery, one does not always buy the plot in perpetuity. It was common to bury someone quite unrelated some years after the lease expired. So your unrelated person may be a complete stranger.

Can the cemetery help you with the duration of the lease?
