Hi am looking for a friend who has just registered, but not got her activation e-mail yet!!

We are looking for the family of Tipper.  Anthony Tipper born 1938 , registered in the September quarter, in the district of Newton Abbot.  Anyone with any information would be gratefully accepted.  Mother's maiden name was Ennis-Borlace and her Mother's name was Pomeroy, but are unsure if this was a maiden name or married name.
