emigration ships lists after 1917

I am trying to find if a relative emigrated to Canada after 1917 (when their last child was born in the UK) Where would I look for ships lists? Do they exist or have they not been published yet?

If you go to the Canada Resources Board and click on the Ships List thread, you will find some information there.
