I was hoping someone may be able to tell me something about Levin's Bridge Drogheda. My grandfather was born there in 1865.

Any information would be gratefully received. If possible some directions on how to get there from Drogheda.

Many thanks
Seymor

Seymor!! Found your Levin's Bridge (got it on good authority from a person who has live in area since 1970's) - its in Laytown, County Meath (about 10 mins drive from Drogheda, County Louth) ......I've pm'd you also Seymor... Many kind regards, Karen

Levins Bridge is on the Platin Road,  just outside Drogheda on the way to Duleek.

It's visible on the 17th and 18th century maps viewable on the www.osi.ie website.

Let me know if you need help finding it.
