I Have Ungoed ancestry from the Pembrey area and am anxious to find out more about this family.

My Great Grandmother was Jane Evans(Ungoed) 1840-1889,she was married to William Evans.

I would like to find Jane's parents and Grand parents, can anyone help?

Hello blueboy1  :)

Welcome to Rootschat!

There is a possible marriage in 1870 - is this too late?

William Evans and Jane Ungoed on the same page
Llanelli volume 11a page 1030

The marriage certificate would confirm her Father's name and occupation.

Hello Morgan,

Thank you for the information you have provided,I do already have the marriage records for Jane but what I am looking for is the Ungoed lineage from Jane back as far as possible.

I have her parents as Thomas Ungoed and Margaret(Thomas) but am unsure of their ancestry.

Kind regards,

Blueboy1
