PENROSE - Calling Descendants of Bennett PENROSE and Jane LANION

My link is through his son William from his marriage to Jane LANION, then to William PENROSE of Merther, up through the St Clement PENROSES, the Joseph PENROSES of Truro, to my Great Grandfather - Frederick PENROSE of Falmouth.

HI Chris..

Not sure if I am on the right track as I am looking for the forefathers of John PENVOSE (born 1796 in St Agnes).  As you stated St Clements and Penrose, I could be looking in the wrong spot!!

John Penvose married Margaret Rowe, they had 11 children one of which was Maria Penvose who married Thomas Truscott.

The inscription of Thomas Truscott's bible states that they are from crift cottage in Penvose, Corwall.  Their son John Henry Truscott moved to Tasmania, Australia and hence eventually me ( a Truscott)..
