Mack,
That appears to be about it with the Mancs in the TF Rifle Brigade, hope there are some of interest to you.

As this group all seem to have gone to the Depot one wonders if they were injured and medically downgraded. Hope this helps, loads more to come at a later date for you.

the 1st battalion certainly seems to have done some serious gardening! i would have thought medically downgraded was the more obvious, the old soldiers being 'worn out'

thanks andy, i'll create a database and get it posted on our site

Andy

i think i have got the info together, i've just found one funny ( which is pretty amazing seeing as you must have worked bloody hard to post this lot)

HALLET, Joshua, 38750, 1st Mancs,  became 39848 Depot R.B.
RICHARDS, James E.,33087, 1st Mancs,  became 39848 Depot R.B.

these two have the same RB s/n, i suspect richards is 849, can you confirm it mate?

i've put the info into a excel file and arranged it in alpha format, i'll send you a copy shortly

cheers

chris
