1901 look up? Looking for Thomas Traynor
« on: Monday 29 May 06 14:37 BST (UK) »
Anyone have access to Dublin 1901 census?  Looking for Thomas Traynor who was born in May 1882 in Tullow Carlow but had moved to Dublin as a teenager.

Thanks  :)

Hiya njh,

A message on the RootsChat Irish Census online thread explains that the Census is on microfiche and you need an address to find people. Thoms Directory can not be used either as it does not have an alphabetical section for householders.

Not sure what website you are refering to here. 1911 Irish census is online (free) on National Archives website and they will be adding 1901 census soon.
