I am seeking a family historian who has knowledge (and hopefully some photographs) of any of the Fairy family members who landed in NSW and Vic and settled in or around Melbourne from 1857 - 1913 (as far as I know).
Joseph Fairy arrived 1857
Joseph Fairy arrived 1882
Henry Fairy arrrived 1882
Amelia Fairy arrived 1886 married TITFORD
George Fairy arrived 1887 married MUTIMER
John Fairy arrived 1889
William Fairy arrived 1889
Martha Ellen Fairy arrived 1913
Mary Ann Fairy arrived 1913
All of the above were related and I have many family details BUT I'd love to get some photos to put in the book I plan to publish.
Other family names which possibly include living descendants are;
Jarman, Austin, O'Brien, Morley, Newby, Larkin, Gallagher, Dawson, Beness, Rumming, Maher, Harris, Chapman, Mc Carthy, Schroeder, Schultz, Walker, Green, Hassan, Nixon, Eeles, Nicholls, Baird.
ALL of the above families should have a Fairy connection Melbourne, Yarra, Cheltenham, Brunswick, Lake Boga, & Glen Innes NSW . Forgive me if I have forgotten some!
