1901 census

hi ,
would anyone know if there are any census  records for terry glass tipperary,like 1901, and 1891,
i am trying to find stephen tierney
born terry glass in 1886,
i have no other information,
any help would be welcome

The link below will lead you to the very useful Co.Tipperary Genealogy site; scroll down till you see Terryglass parish.
You will see there are many townlands within the parish, but click on each and see what has been transcribed. I noticed the surname Tierney a couple of times as I briefly looked, but there are probably several. You may strike lucky and find your Stephen. Note that it does say that the lisitngs are not necessarily complete.
If no luck here, you could order the microfilms of the 1901 census from your local FHL (Latter Day Saints) library, but you really need to know which townland your ancestors came from. Have you tried getting his birth/baptism cert, this may give the address(es) of his parents, ie a townland name.

You may know, that the only complete censuses surviving for Ireland are the 1901 and 1911.
