My line is Alexander Nimmo & Elspith Slich or Sleigh Carriden 1694, I think Alexander was born 1669,I know they had a son John,so still don't know if a connection.

Have heaps of Nimmos in Polmont and also the Bo'ness/Carriden/Abercorn areas of W. Lothian - at one time I was trying to link them all together but did not succeed in establishing a connection between the Stirlingshire and W Lothian elements of the clan.  Given the close proximity I am sure that they are related in some way - any suggestions?
