Hi,
I have Maslens from All canning and Devizes. John Maslen, born 1829 to Joseph Maslen and Mary Bell, was my 3n x great grandfather. He married Elizabeth Wheeler from Bromham, Wiltshire in 1850 and they had a son, John born 1849 out of wedlock. They later married and Elizabeth died in child birth with their second child, Elizabeth in 1851. John later married Maria Rose.  John was in the Royal Marines and living in Alverstoke, Gosport in 1887. So many Maslens! it would be great to collaborate  with other Maslen researchers.
