Property for sale - details from 1930s

While clearing out a basement at work I found lots of architects drawings and property details.  If anyone has a family connection I am quite happy to hand them over or pass on the details - some are in better condition than others and Tyne Wear archives were not interested.

Possibly the Duham Mining Museum might be interested in the Swalwell Colliery map.

I'm quite suprised that Tyne & Wear archives were not interested, it's all historical.

Several years ago when i took some share certificates for Newcastle United late 1800's and an insurance book with  names & death dates in and they were happy to take them.

Newcastle Library also keep an archives section they might be interested.
