You are awesome!!
Thank you so much. I was able to plot forward on the Stanley side right up to Nathaniel Stanley (born 1716) married to Mary Adington (born 1720).

Nathaniel's father was also Nathaniel Stanley born in 1693 married to an Alice Brown born in 1692. I cannot confirm but I think Nathaniel's father is Edward Stanley (birth year??). No idea about Nathaniel's Mother?

Mary Oliver's father is Robert Oliver (born 1761) but not sure of her Mother's maiden name??

There is another tree on A******y which has Robert Oliver b 1777 Hartington and
Sarah Shipley b 1787 Hackney Middlesex
The tree has them marrying 14 Jan 1809 London

don't know where they sourced this information

sometimes on these trees it is little more than a guess - or copied from someone eleses tree -but thought it worth mentioning

It would make more sense if her father was born in '77.
The fact that there is a last name and birth town for Sarah Shipley (and a wedding date) leads me to believe the birth date is more likely '77.

And there are these burials:

Robert OLIVER abode Hartington    aged 84 on 10 May 1845

Sarah OLIVER abode Hartington aged 56 on 12 Mar 1825, Wife of Robert - which puts her dob at 1769 if my maths is right.

Bit of a twist on ancestry.com...
I see a Sarah Leivers (b. August 1769, d June 1833) marrying a John Coleman (b 1769 in 1790 and giving birth to a Mary in 1804.
Did she also marry Robert Oliver after John Coleman?
Could this possibly be connected to Mary Oliver (wife of James Stanley)??

I think that the Mary Oliver who married James Stanley was highly likely to be the daughter of Robert Oliver and wife Sarah Alsope. I have her baptised 18 October 1804 in Hartington. Robert Oliver and Sarah  had 11 children and 'my ' Mary Oliver was #9 in the family.

If you are still looking for Sarah's parents, and as the Hartington baptisms I gave you last year were out by some 10 years and so not likely, would you consider that Sarah Alsop was baptised in Monyash? There is a baptism for Sarah Allsoppe, illegitimate, daughter of Alice, on 4 February 1767.

This date is much closer to the dob revealed by her burial age I also gave you.

Or perhaps more likely Sarah Allsoppe, daughter of Thos and Ann of Brand, baptised at Earl Sterndale on 19 April 1770.
