Manchester Street Directories

Does anyone have access to any Manchester Directories from around 1810 or earlier?
I'm looking for info on my gggggrandfather Thomas Duxbury who married in Manchester Cathedral in 1810 but seems to have died before his son William was baptised at the Cathedral in 1813.
At his marriage he states his occupation as Attorney.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
