Are you sure? For 27 September 1857 I'm seeing 'Michael of Andrew Prendergast...', not Catherine to Michael Prendergast...:

The age difference - I was rather hoping that the marriage cert had the correct age which would make her a lot older than my grandfather, which as you say would be inconsequential, but it would be nice to be certain which one was incorrec.
